This 28” Griddle with Hood cooks with gas, and features a temperature zone right up to searing heat levels so you can cook all your favourite meals with ease. There are two independent cooking zones on the grill. The hood acts as a cover to protect your griddle from the elements, and it doubles up as a basting dome to help steam and evenly cook your food. The device has built in shelves for extra room for your seasoning and cooking utensils.
